We are more than just an online platform. w99my is a community, a commitment and a deliberate choice made by Malaysian users who know what they're looking for — speed, security and a genuinely enjoyable experience.
W99my started with a simple question: why should Malaysian users settle for a platform not purpose-built for them? Other platforms may work, but they do not truly understand what Malaysian users actually want — seamless MYR payments, a natural Bahasa Malaysia interface, and customer support that knows exactly what is happening here.
From that observation, w99my was built. Not in haste, but with care. Every feature, every design decision and every technology choice was made with one primary goal: to deliver the best online entertainment experience specifically for Malaysian users.
Today, w99my has grown into one of the most trusted online entertainment platforms in Malaysia. From Live Casino to Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games and an exclusive VIP programme — all available on one platform that is fast, secure and easy to use whether on a smartphone or desktop.
What sets w99my apart is not only the products on offer, but how we serve our users. We believe every user deserves a clear, honest and enjoyable experience — no confusing terms, no drawn-out processes, and no feeling left out because the platform doesn't understand local needs.
To be the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian users — not because we are the biggest, but because we understand and respect local users the most.
To provide a safe, fast and enjoyable platform with full MYR payments, 24/7 support in Bahasa Melayu, and a user experience continually improved based on community feedback.
Every w99my user is a valued member of our community. Our commitment is to remain transparent, accountable, and willing to improve whenever needed.
Every figure here reflects the trust of Malaysian users who continue to support the growth of the w99my platform day after day.
More than just a gaming platform — w99my is an entertainment ecosystem built on trust, technology and a deep understanding of local users.
Every aspect of w99my — from the interface language to payment options — is designed with a deep understanding of Malaysian users' needs, habits, and expectations, not simply an adaptation of a foreign platform.
Deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and Boost — no currency conversion, no hidden fees and no complicated processes.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, real-time account monitoring and user fund segregation ensure your account and money are always protected at the highest level.
The w99my support team is made up of individuals fluent in Bahasa Melayu who understand the local context — not automated bots. We are ready to help whenever you need us.
The w99my app for Android and iOS is built with a mobile-first approach — lightweight, fast, supporting biometric login and real-time notifications for a seamless experience at your fingertips.
The w99my VIP Program is more than just a title — it is a tiered rewards system that delivers real benefits to our loyal members, from exclusive bonuses to priority withdrawal services.
The w99my journey began with a small team united by one belief: that Malaysian users deserve an online entertainment platform that truly understands them. It was never an easy road, but every challenge along the way made w99my stronger and better equipped to serve.
Every milestone w99my has achieved is the result of the ongoing trust and support of users who provide feedback, report issues, and actively participate in shaping this platform into what it is today.
w99my always takes the time to listen to user feedback — because we believe the best platforms are built together with their users, not just for them.
W99my was founded on the observation that Malaysian users need a platform that truly understands their local needs. The founding team came together with a clear vision and began building the platform's first infrastructure.
The first version of the w99my platform launched with a focus on simplicity and reliability. DuitNow and FPX payment support were introduced from day one, underscoring our commitment to local users.
The Android and iOS mobile apps launched alongside a major overhaul of the Live Casino section. Users can now enjoy the full w99my experience directly from their smartphones with improved speed and stability.
The newly launched w99my VIP Program features five exclusive membership tiers, delivering more meaningful rewards to loyal users including special bonuses, priority withdrawals, and early access to the latest features.
W99my now serves over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia with an ever-growing game library, stronger infrastructure, and a larger support team — all driven by the same goal since day one.
These values are not merely words on paper — they guide every decision we make, from product design to the way we treat our users.
We operate with full transparency. Our bonus terms, withdrawal policies and service terms are written clearly and are easy to understand — no tricks and no hidden conditions.
From page load time to withdrawal processing, speed is our priority. Users shouldn't have to wait long for basic things that should be fast.
Protecting user accounts and funds is our foremost responsibility. We continuously invest in the latest security technologies and industry best practices.
W99my believes in responsible gaming. We provide tools for users to manage their gaming habits and promote a healthy balance.
Distributed server infrastructure, regional CDN, industry-grade data encryption and native mobile apps — all working together to deliver a fast, stable and secure platform experience for every user.
Every feature added and every improvement made starts from real user feedback. We listen, we respond, and we put Malaysian user satisfaction above all else.
W99my provides tools and information to help users play mindfully and responsibly. We believe enjoyable entertainment is entertainment that is managed wisely and with self-awareness.
When you log in to w99my, you may only see a clean interface, a wide selection of games and a straightforward deposit process. But behind what's visible lies continuous hard work by a team that genuinely cares about your experience as a Malaysian user.
W99my is not a company built overnight. It is the product of combined expertise in software technology, a deep understanding of the online entertainment market across Southeast Asia, and most importantly — firsthand knowledge of what Malaysian users want and expect from a platform worthy of their trust.
One of the most important decisions made from the very beginning was to building local payment support as the core of the platform, not just an afterthought. This means DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost are not simply "available" options — they are fully integrated payment methods built into a deposit and withdrawal workflow optimised for speed and reliability. When you make a deposit via DuitNow, the process is designed to complete in the shortest time possible with no unnecessary steps.
On the security front, w99my takes an uncompromising multi-layered approach. 256-bit SSL encryption ensures all data travelling between your device and w99my's servers cannot be intercepted or read by unauthorised parties. Two-factor authentication adds another layer of protection, ensuring only you can access your account even if your password is known to someone else. Automated account activity monitoring uses anomaly detection technology to identify suspicious behaviour and take preventive action before any damage occurs.
On the topic of customer support — this is one area w99my takes great pride in. Many other platforms rely on automated chatbots that can only handle standard questions. w99my provides a real human support team operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and most importantly — they are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and understand the local Malaysian context. When you contact w99my support, you will be assisted by someone who genuinely understands what you are trying to convey, not someone reading from an unrelated script.
The w99my VIP Program reflects that same philosophy. It was designed not merely as a marketing tool to retain users, but as a genuine way to appreciate those who have placed their trust in this platform. VIP members enjoy tangible benefits — bigger bonuses, faster priority withdrawals, exclusive offers unavailable to regular members, and access to a dedicated personal support representative who understands your needs specifically.
Responsible gaming at w99my is more than just words. The platform provides tools that allow users to set daily or weekly deposit limits, take a temporary break from the platform, or access information on support resources when needed. We believe a truly responsible platform not only delivers great entertainment but also ensures users have full control over their experience.
Looking ahead, w99my remains committed to growing alongside its user community. Every platform update, every new game title added and every improvement to the payment process or customer support is a direct response to what users ask for and need. w99my is not a static platform — it is a living, breathing platform that grows together with the community that supports it.
If you haven't tried w99my yet, we invite you to register and experience firsthand the difference a platform truly built for you can make. And if you're already with us — thank you for being part of this journey.
